Extracorporeal Pulse-Activation Therapy (EPAT) is an effective treatment method characterized by the introduction of high-energy acoustic waves into the human body. It has proved its efficacy in the treatment of orthopedic disorders, such as tennis elbow, calcaneal spur, shoulder pain, myofascial trigger points or pseudarthrosis, for many years.
Many different treatments for cellulite have been introduced over the years, most with poor results. “Virtual Mesotherapy” represents an important breakthrough in the effective reduction of visible cellulite. This therapy combines an alternate sessions of thermolipolisis, topical mesotherapy and (EPAT).
After successful completion of international studies, EPAT has established itself as an effective long-term therapy of disorders in the natural tissue metabolism, cellulite, connective tissue weakness and other cosmetic skin conditions. The EPAT method has an additional positive effect: it increases muscular elasticity and improves the patient‘s mobility.
Clients most be evaluated to choose the right treatment. Sessions typically last one hour and clients should be treated two to three times per week alternating therapies for a period of four to six weeks. We recommend that clients have a maintenance session once a month after completing the initial program.
