WHAT ARE INFRARED AND FAR INFRARED RAYS?
Infrared Rays are the part of the sunlight spectrum and are invisible to the naked eye. Infrared rays generate heat and are responsible for creating the warmth that we feel on a sunny day.
Infrared rays vary in wavelengths:- Near Infrared (0.76-1.56 microns); Mid Infrared (1.5-4 microns); and Far Infrared (4-1000 microns). Far-infrared rays are the most noticeable and enable life to flourish, promoting all aspects of health, growth and development in all living creatures. Far-infrared rays are absorbed easily, deep into the skin and tissues resonating with the water molecules in our cells and blood, increasing circulation and improving our health and well-being.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Far Infrared Rays - Perfectly biocompatible wavelengths
The emission of perfectly biocompatible wave produced by the Body Dome arrange in 3 main stages:
1. EMISSION: the heating tablecloth emits infrared rays.
2. ABSORPTION: the ceramic powder presented in the vaporized absorbs infrared rays from 0.76 to 1000um.
3. BIOCOMPATIBLE RE-EMISSION: the ceramic powder re-emits towards the human body only the biocompatible waves between 4 and 14um. The skin temperature then rises by 1.5 to 2 degrees.
The energy transmitted by the infrared rays is sometimes referred to as radiant heat because it is capable of increasing the temperature of a receiver (the skin) without warming the air or the environment. This gentle energy is transmitted deep into the skin, without altering biological tissues or creating radicals, where it can be used by the body.
2. Bio-Ceramic powder - A vector for Far Infrared Rays
